Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until potatoes are well coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking.
- You can add bell peppers or onions for more flavor.
