- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup diced potatoes

Instructions
- Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
- Layer the cooked sausage, potatoes, onions, and cheese in the crockpot.
- Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm.
