Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked.
- Add the cooked sausage and half of the shredded cheese to the eggs and stir until melted.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Divide the egg and sausage mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Top each burrito with salsa, remaining cheese, and avocado slices if using.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to create a sealed burrito.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
