Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the egg mixture until fully cooked.
  3. Add the cooked sausage and half of the shredded cheese to the eggs and stir until melted.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
  5. Divide the egg and sausage mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  6. Top each burrito with salsa, remaining cheese, and avocado slices if using.
  7. Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to create a sealed burrito.
