Description

Delicious cinnamon rolls made in a bread maker.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in the bread maker pan.
  2. Warm the milk and add melted butter. Pour into the pan.
  3. Add the egg to the pan.
  4. Select the dough setting and start the bread maker.
  5. Once the dough is ready, roll it out on a floured surface.
  6. Spread cinnamon and brown sugar mixture over the dough.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.

Notes

  • For a sweeter roll, add icing after baking.
  • You can use different fillings like nuts or chocolate.
