Description
Delicious cinnamon rolls made in a bread maker.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in the bread maker pan.
- Warm the milk and add melted butter. Pour into the pan.
- Add the egg to the pan.
- Select the dough setting and start the bread maker.
- Once the dough is ready, roll it out on a floured surface.
- Spread cinnamon and brown sugar mixture over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
- For a sweeter roll, add icing after baking.
- You can use different fillings like nuts or chocolate.
