Delicious and moist banana bread made effortlessly in a bread machine.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Prepare your bread machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, vanilla, and egg.
- Add sugar, baking soda, salt, and flour to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the bread pan of the machine.
- Select the ‘Quick Bread’ setting on your machine.
- Start the machine and let it bake.
- Once done, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
- Can add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
