Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add Cajun seasoning and minced garlic. Stir well and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
