Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix bourbon, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, salt, garlic, and thyme in a bowl.
- Place salmon fillets in a dish and pour marinade over them. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Arrange peach slices around salmon on a baking tray.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
