Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs Boston button roast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Rub the roast with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme, then coat the roast evenly.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan fat side up.
- Cook in the oven for 2.5 to 3 hours or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
