Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
