Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Rub the pork chops with olive oil, then season both sides with the spice mixture.
- Place the seasoned pork chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; you may need to cook in batches.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
