Description

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1 cup blueberry pie filling
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.
- Place 1 tbsp blueberry filling in the center of each biscuit.
- Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
- Roll each bomb into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Brush bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use any pie filling flavor as a substitute.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
