- 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add blueberries and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if desired.
- Top with additional blueberries before serving.

- Can be made vegan by using plant-based milk.
