- 6 cups bread cubes
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Spread bread cubes evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture over the bread cubes.
- Sprinkle blueberries on top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the casserole.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use day-old bread for best texture.
- You can substitute blueberries with other berries.
