Description

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  6. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  7. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  8. Spread melted butter on the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  9. Add blueberries evenly over the filling.
  10. Roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
  11. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  12. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  13. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for frosting.
  14. Spread frosting over warm rolls before serving.
