- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix together coconut oil, honey, and egg until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Store cookies in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
