Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil on both sides of the salmon.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon on the griddle, skin side down.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Flip the salmon carefully and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
