Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken on the preheated griddle.
- Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley before serving.
