- 1 package gnocchi (16 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steak with black pepper and salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steak and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms and garlic.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions and add to the sauce.
- Slice the steak and serve with the creamy mushroom Alfredo gnocchi.
