A spicy and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken coated in a bold black pepper sauce.
Ingredients

- 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
- Pour in water and mix well.
- Add bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until chicken is done.
- Serve hot with rice.
Notes
- Adjust black pepper to taste for more or less heat.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
