Description

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
  5. Pour in water and mix well.
  6. Add bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until chicken is done.
  7. Serve hot with rice.

Notes

  • Adjust black pepper to taste for more or less heat.
  • Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
