- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir to coat. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until gravy thickens.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and arrange in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Pour sausage gravy over biscuits.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour over the mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set.
Notes
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
