Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
