Ingredients

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
