A quick and easy recipe for no-bake protein balls that are perfect for a healthy snack. Make these energy bites in just 10 minutes!
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more nut butter or honey.
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy as a quick and healthy snack!

- Store protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
