Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more nut butter or honey.
  3. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
