A quick and easy twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, made into a sloppy joe with ground beef, peppers, onions, and melted cheese.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the diced bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve the mixture on toasted hamburger buns.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Toast the buns for extra texture.
- Add hot sauce for a spicy kick.
