  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 12 mini Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a mini cupcake pan with liners.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner halfway and press a mini Oreo into the center.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool before serving.
