- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and green onions.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- For the dip, mix mayonnaise, gochujang, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the meatballs for 1-2 minutes after baking.
- You can substitute ground pork or chicken for beef.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
