Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and green onions.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. For the dip, mix mayonnaise, gochujang, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
  6. Serve meatballs hot with the spicy mayo dip.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, broil the meatballs for 1-2 minutes after baking.
