  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread softened butter over the dough.
  7. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over butter.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  9. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  11. For frosting, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  12. Spread frosting over warm rolls.
