- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 burger buns
- Tzatziki sauce for serving
- Sliced cucumber, red onion, and tomato for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, feta cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Toast the burger buns lightly if desired.
- Serve the patties on buns with tzatziki sauce, cucumber, red onion, and tomato.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ground chicken with lemon juice and olive oil before mixing.
- If grilling, oil the grates lightly to prevent sticking.
