  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Dry them well.
  3. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  4. Spread wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over wedges and bake 2 more minutes until melted.
  7. Serve warm.
