- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add bell peppers and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
- Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Divide chicken and pepper mixture evenly among tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Fold sides of tortilla inward and roll tightly.
- Serve immediately or wrap in foil to keep warm.
