Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato basil sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the tomato basil sauce and stir in dried basil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, tossing gently to coat.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Cover the pan for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot.
