Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef tips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place beef tips in the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
- Stir cornstarch mixture into the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
