A simple and delicious recipe for beef tips cooked in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef tips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Place beef tips in the crock pot.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add carrots and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the pot 30 minutes before serving to thicken the sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with rice or bread.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
