Ingredients

- 2 pounds beef tips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef tips and sear until browned.
- Remove beef and sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Return beef to skillet and cover.
- Let it simmer for 1 hour until beef is tender.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- You can add vegetables like carrots or peas.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
