- 1 cup beef broth

- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Brown the beef tips in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until soft.
- Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 30 minutes until beef is tender.
- Mix cornstarch and water, stir into the gravy to thicken.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or mashed potatoes.
