Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes for medium-rare.
