- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup red wine
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle rosemary and thyme over the meat.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Deglaze the skillet with red wine to create a sauce, scraping up any browned bits.
- Serve the beef tenderloin with the sauce poured over the top.
