- 1 lb beef tenderloin, sliced thin
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Season beef tenderloin with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat and cook beef for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove beef and let rest.
- In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Slice beef into thin strips.
- Top each crostini with beef and drizzle with parmesan sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
