Description
Beef taquitos are crispy rolled tortillas filled with seasoned beef.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 corn tortillas
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Mix well and cook until browned.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Fry the taquitos until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.

- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
