Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large pita breads
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce or garlic sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced beef and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator for best flavor.

- Warm the pita breads in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the wraps by placing an equal amount of cooked beef on each pita. Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce or garlic sauce, then wrap tightly. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like pickles or hot sauce for extra flavor.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute the beef with grilled vegetables or falafel.
