- 1 lb beef shawarma meat
- 4 large pita bread or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce or garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the beef, olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the beef in spices.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm the pita bread or wraps in a separate pan or microwave.
- To assemble the wraps, place a portion of cooked beef in the center of each pita or wrap.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and onion.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce or garlic sauce, then roll up the wrap tightly.
