  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, shawarma spice mix, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
