- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons shawarma spice mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, arugula)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tahini dressing (for drizzling)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, shawarma spice mix, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley.
- Top the salad with the cooked beef.
- Drizzle with tahini dressing before serving.
