- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the beef evenly.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad by combining the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley in a large bowl.
- Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Top the salad with crumbled feta cheese and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
