  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce or garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the bowl and mix well to ensure the meat is evenly coated with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
