A simple and delicious beef roast prepared in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs beef roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef roast with salt and pepper.
- Place the roast in the crockpot.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, carrots, and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Check for tenderness and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sear the roast in a pan before placing it in the crockpot.
