Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef slices; cook until browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl; add to the pan.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
