Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef slices; cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl; add to the pan.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Marinate beef for extra flavor.
