- 2 lbs beef, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add beef and brown on all sides.
- Pour in beef broth and add salt, pepper, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- Serve warm.
