Ingredients

- 4 cups beef broth
- 200g ramen noodles
- 200g beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup bok choy
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- In a pot, heat beef broth over medium heat.
- Add soy sauce, miso paste, and ginger. Stir well.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, sauté beef slices in sesame oil until cooked.
- Add bok choy to the broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Drain noodles and divide into bowls.
- Pour broth and vegetables over the noodles.
- Top with beef, green onions, and a boiled egg.
