  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger; stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
  7. Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
  8. Garnish with green onion before serving.
