A simple and tasty beef lo mein recipe.
Ingredients

- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 8 oz beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir for 30 seconds.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli; stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onion before serving.

- Use your favorite vegetables.
- Adjust sauce according to taste.
- Can substitute chicken or shrimp for beef.
