Beef Jerky and Trail Mix is a delicious and nutritious snack that combines high-protein beef jerky with a mix of nuts and dried fruits, perfect for outdoor adventures and quick energy boosts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef (for jerky)
  • 2 cups mixed nuts
  • 1 cup dried fruits
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef into thin strips for jerky.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and brown sugar to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the beef strips in the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight for better flavor.
