Instructions
- Slice the flank steak into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin.
- Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef, bell pepper, and onion to the pan.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the beef is cooked through and veggies are tender.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Serve the beef and veggies in tortillas.
